Covid 19 Policies

TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL MY CLIENTS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT

The  state has implemented several new safety standards that I have incorporated into my business to ensure the safety and health of all my clients.  It is required that you check your temperature the day of your appointment before arriving, if you do have any symptoms at all please reschedule your appointment.  If anyone in your household has any symptoms please reschedule your appointment. When you arrive for your appointment please stay in your car and text me to let me know you have arrived. I will text back to let you know when I am ready to take you. This will help us to keep clients out of the waiting area of the salon providing better social distancing practice. When you arrive please use the provided hand sanitizer as you enter the space. Please arrive wearing a mask.  If you do not arrive with a mask we will have a disposable mask to provide to you at a fee of $2.  Between each client the room is completely sanitized using a medical grade germicidal cleanser as well a germicidal UV light.  Thank you so much. Product Return Policies

Online purchase of products may be returned up to one month from the purchase date. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me and we can discuss the issues you are having your product and either conduct a return of product and refund of money, or a possible exchange of product to something that may better suit your needs. My goal is for you to have what make your skin feel. the most happy. 

Products purchased on this site must be returned to Beuaty By Fawn, who operates independently from the brand she sells, such as PCA Skin and Jane Iredale.

Appointment Policies

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive late I may not be able to provide you with the services you were hoping to enjoy that day. 

Please provide at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling and cancelling appointments. Failure to do so may result in a 50% fee of your service price. 

Bridal Beauty Policies

Thank you so much for your interest in our Bridal Beauty Services!

Fawn & Julia require a 25% deposit be placed on all bridal parties. We accept cash, check or Venmo for the deposit and final payment. . Cash and check payment is accepted for off site services. We accept Venmo for off site services provided internet is available. Please be advised that in the event of a cancellation you must provide 14 days notice. In the event of cancellation with less then 14 days notice, the 25% deposit will not be refunded. This includes individual cancellations. If a guest chooses not to have their services completed less then 14 days prior to the event the deposit paid toward their service will not be refunded.  

As soon as this deposit is paid your wedding day will be booked in our schedule. 

Bridal Service Fees: 

Makeup 

Bride $150 (includes lash application)

Bridal Makeup Trial (in salon) $150

Bridal Party and additional guests $125

Flower Girl (11 and under) $50

False Lashes an additional $20 

Hair 

Bride $150

Bridal Hair Trial (in salon) $125

Bridal Party and additional guests $125

Flower Girl (11 and under) $50

All services will be charged an additional 20% gratuity. 

For weddings within a 50 mile radius, a travel fee of $40 will be paid to each Fawn and Julia.

For weddings within a 50-100 mile radius a travel fee of $75 will be paid to each Fawn and Julia. 

For weddings over a 100 mile radius, a travel fee of $100 will be paid to each Fawn and Julia along with overnight accommodations for the night before the wedding day. 

Fawn’s radius is centered in East Granby, CT

Julia’s radius is centered in Northampton, MA

Flower Girls prices will be honored for people 11 years old and under.

A minimum of 5 hair services and 5 makeup services must be scheduled. In the event that less then 5 people for each service are scheduled, the price per person may increase. 

All brides must receive a trial in salon. The price of the trial is not included in the price of the wedding day formal style. This should take place anywhere between 2-8 weeks prior to the wedding day. The trial will include one practice version of the formal style. If you would like to experiment with multiple looks you should book multiple trial services. Tip: If possible, set the date of your trial with the date of a dress fitting so that you can view your entire look together.

All guests should arrive with their hair just slightly dirty and dry. If a guest arrives with wet hair or hair that needs to be washed, there may not be time to accommodate their service. If we can perform the service there will be an additional charge. For more information please discuss with Fawn or Julia. It is also recommended that you wear a button down or wrap shirt or a shirt with a wide neck opening to your service. 

All people receiving hair and makeup services must be present at start time. The team does not work on a fixed schedule and any person could be called at their service at any time. Time spent waiting for clients to arrive may incur an additional fee. 

It is very important that our stylists have ample space to work so that we can perform your services quickly and properly. Stylists will need access to multiple electrical outlets and a table or counter to place curling irons and pins.
